INSTAGRAM RACIAL JUSTICE RESOURCES AND INFORMATION

RACIAL JUSTICE
RESOURCES
What You Need to Know
We all want to make a difference, but sometimes we don’t know how or where to start. If that has been your excuse it ends here. This resource is for you. Finding myself temporarily guilty of this feeling of being paralyzed, my Instagram feed has been instrumental in giving me the means, voice and confidence to move. I have been empowered by the influencers, organizations, and people you’ll see here who have taken and continue to take the time to do the work so I can start my own.

If you need the words to stand up to injustice in your realms of influence, this is for you. If you want tools to reflect, discuss, and take action on systemic racism with your family, kids, students, peers, etc., this is for you. If you want to find more black owned businesses, authors, and influencers to support, this is for you. If you are a Black or brown person seeking resources, validation, and/or tools for supporting yourself and your community, this is for you.

Please let this serve only as starting point and not your end all be all for unlearning and combating racism. Please like, follow, and share these resource providers to show your support on your own Instagram if you have (or will now have) one! As a Black woman, I can’t thank them enough for sharing their knowledge/perspectives, and giving me the words and tools to do my part in changing history.

I hope you feel things in your heart, head, and soul that propel you to move if you haven't yet and keep on moving if you're already there. #BlackLivesMatter
